Ce g\u00e2teau originaire du Limousin se pr\u00e9pare en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avec des cerises noires non d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es : sachez que le noyau parfume la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nVoici une recette de clafoutis simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. La cr\u00e8me apporte du moelleux et une texture homog\u00e8ne au g\u00e2teau. Vous pouvez facilement l&#8217;emporter dans votre panier lors d&rsquo;un pique-nique d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clafoutis aux serises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><br \/>\n500 g de cerises noires<br \/>\n10 cl de lait<br \/>\n70 g de beurre sal\u00e9<br \/>\n60 g de farine<br \/>\n75 g de sucre<br \/>\n3 oeufs<br \/>\n30 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n1 sachet de sucr\u00e9 vanill\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-182\" title=\"clafoutis-aux-cerises\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/clafoutis-aux-cerises-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"clafoutis-aux-cerises\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Laver et \u00e9queuter les cerises (ne pas les d\u00e9noyauter). R\u00e9server.<br \/>\n3.Verser le lait dans une casserole, le porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\n4.Dans une autre casserole, d\u00e9poser 50 g de beurre et le faire juste fondre.<br \/>\n5.Dans un saladier, battre les \u0153ufs en omelette. Ajouter la farine, le sucre et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\n6.Ajouter progressivement le lait bouillant en remuant sans cesse et le beurre fondu.<br \/>\n7.Beurrer un plat \u00e0 four. Y r\u00e9partir les cerises et verser la p\u00e2te dessus.<br \/>\n8.Enfourner le clafoutis 30 \u00e0 35 minutes (le temps de cuisson peut varier de quelques minutes selon les fours). V\u00e9rifier la cuisson en enfon\u00e7ant la lame du couteau dans le clafoutis : la lame doit en ressortir bien propre.<br \/>\n9.Saupoudrer de sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie du four.<\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : d\u00e9guster le clafoutis ti\u00e8de ou froid.
