Retirer la partie dure du centre. Passer la chair au mixeur.<br \/>\n2.Pr\u00e9parer le sirop en faisant bouillir l&rsquo;eau et le sucre. Laisser refroidir. Parfumer avec le rhum ou le kirsch.<br \/>\n3.Fouetter la cr\u00e8me fermement  pour en faire une chantilly.<br \/>\n4.Monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en neige avec le sucre glace.<br \/>\n5.M\u00e9langer bien la chair d&rsquo;ananas, le sirop, la cr\u00e8me et les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<br \/>\n6.Faire glacer en sorbeti\u00e8re environ 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.
