A d\u00e9guster sur des tartines grill\u00e9es et frott\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, c&rsquo;est encore meilleur !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/06\/puree-de-feves-fraiches-1.jpg?resize=400%2C300\" alt=\"puree-de-feves-fraiches\" title=\"puree-de-feves-fraiches\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1690\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<br \/>\n (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n2 kg de f\u00e8ves fra\u00eeches<br \/>\n50 g de beurre<br \/>\n1 branche de sarriette<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c9cosser les f\u00e8ves, ensuite retirer la peau blanche entourant chaque graine.<br \/>\n2.Les faire cuire dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e environ 10 min.<br \/>\n3.Dans une cocotte, faire fondre le beurre. Ajouter les f\u00e8ves, la sarriette, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel, le sucre et 1 dl d&rsquo;eau. Laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 \u00e0 15 min.<br \/>\n4.Egoutter et passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes ou au mixeur. Incorporer ensuite la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche pour allonger la pur\u00e9e.
