L\u2019\u00e9goutter et le passer sous l\u2019eau froide. R\u00e9server.<br \/>\n2.Dans le m\u00eame temps, faire cuire les f\u00e8ves dans un litre d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e bouillante environ 8 minutes sur feu moyen. Les \u00e9goutter et les passer sous l\u2019eau froide pour les rafraichir. R\u00e9server.<br \/>\n3.Laver et nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes. Couper les tomates en d\u00e8s, les radis en rondelles. Ciseler les feuilles de menthe.<br \/>\n4.Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le quinoa, les f\u00e8ves, les tomates et les radis. Ajouter le thon \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et \u00e9miett\u00e9. Assaisonner de sel, huile d\u2019olive et jus de citron.
