Seul le plein soleil donne aux fraises leur parfum et une teneur en sucres \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Elle se d\u00e9guste crue, nature ou avec du sucre. Elle excelle dans les p\u00e2tisseries, les glaces, les coulis, les compotes, les confitures, mais supporte mal les cuissons longues. Servie presque ti\u00e8de, rapidement pass\u00e9e \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou sur le grill, son parfum se renforce. Elle se marie bien avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la chantilly, le vin, les \u00e9pices (dont le gingembre et la menthe), les fruits exotiques, les agrumes.<\/p>\n<p>Voici une recette simple \u00e0 faire, jolie et tr\u00e8s bonne !<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9lice de fraises au fromage blanc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 boudoirs (ou biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re)<br \/>\n200 g de fromage blanc<br \/>\n400 g de fraises<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre glace<br \/>\n20 g de sucre<br \/>\namandes effil\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2009\/06\/12\/162-fraises-au-fromage-blanc\/fraises\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2548\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/Fraises-1.jpg?resize=519%2C389\" alt=\"\" title=\"Fraises\" width=\"519\" height=\"389\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2548\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Laver les fraises. Couper en quatre 100 g. Mixer le reste avec le sucre.<br \/>\n2.M\u00e9langer le coulis de fraises obtenu avec le fromage blanc.<br \/>\n3.Dans un saladier, fouetter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche avec le sucre glace.<br \/>\n4.Ecraser les biscuits.<br \/>\n5.Dans des coupes, d\u00e9poser une couche de biscuit, une couche de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, une couche de fromage blanc au coulis de fraises, une couche de fraises \u00e9minc\u00e9es, une couche de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.
