Ajouter la charcuterie puis les poireaux, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4.Pendant ce temps, couper les pommes de terre en quatre puis en lamelles tr\u00e8s fines.<br \/>\n5.Les ajouter aux poireau,x puis verser de l&rsquo;eau et laisser cuire sur feu vif 10 minutes.<br \/>\n6.Dans un casserole, pocher les \u0153ufs de cailles 30 sec \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante vinaigr\u00e9e. Les \u00e9goutter sur papier absorbant.<br \/>\n7.Servir le potage avec les \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s.
