Vous pouvez ajouter plus de sucre si vous le d\u00e9sirez. Un classique revisit\u00e9 fort agr\u00e9able !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 g de quinoa<br \/>\n150 g de sucre<br \/>\n50 cl de lait<br \/>\n1 gousse de vanille<br \/>\n4-5 fleurs de jasmin s\u00e9ch\u00e9es (ou 1 b\u00e2ton de cannelle)<br \/>\nsel<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/05\/quinoa-au-lait-1.gif?resize=384%2C384\" alt=\"quinoa-au-lait\" title=\"quinoa-au-lait\" width=\"384\" height=\"384\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1569\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Rincer bien le quinoa \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide. Le faire cuire 5 minutes \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<br \/>\n2.Faire bouillir le lait, la gousse de vanille  fendue en 2 et les fleurs de jasmin (ou le b\u00e2ton de cannelle). Verser le quinoa. M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la reprise de l\u2019\u00e9bullition, puis baisser le feu et laisser cuire pendant 10 minutes. Rajouter le sucre en fin de cuisson, bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n3.Laisser refroidir. Enlever la gousse de vanille et les fleurs (ou  le b\u00e2ton de cannelle).
