Elle est \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique mais aussi r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des sucres assimilables en moins de deux heures par les muscles de l&rsquo;organisme, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort. Recommand\u00e9e pour la croissance des plus petits, elle constitue \u00e9galement un aliment tr\u00e8s nourrissant pour les adultes de tous \u00e2ges.<br \/>\nLa banane s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 tous les go\u00fbts. Crue ou cuite, en dessert ou en accompagnement de plats sal\u00e9s, elle est pr\u00e9sente dans tous les types de cuisine et sous toutes les formes : beignets, g\u00e2teaux, glaces, mousses, et bien d&rsquo;autres.<br \/>\nVoici un dessert frais et d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 la banane :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mousse chocolat-banane<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2009\/06\/11\/156-mousse-chocolat-banane\/mousse-chocolat-banane-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2622\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/Mousse-chocolat-banane-1.jpg?resize=250%2C188\" alt=\"\" title=\"Mousse chocolat-banane\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2622\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 g chocolat blanc<br \/>\n150 g chocolat noir<br \/>\n2 bananes<br \/>\n1 citron vert<br \/>\n5 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<br \/>\n30 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n3 blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<br \/>\n30 g de sucre<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mousse banane<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Mettre 3 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans de l&rsquo;eau froide.<br \/>\n2.Porter 10 cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Y faire fondre le chocolat blanc et ajouter la g\u00e9latine.<br \/>\n3.Fouetter 15 cl de cr\u00e8me, l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter les bananes coup\u00e9es en rondelles arros\u00e9es du jus de citron.<br \/>\n5.Verser dans un moule et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mousse chocolat<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Mettre 2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans de l&rsquo;eau froide.<br \/>\n2.Porter 5 cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Y faire fondre le chocolat noir et ajouter la g\u00e9latine.<br \/>\n3.Battre les blancs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.
