Vraiment excellent, ce plat se suffit \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame pour un repas l\u00e9ger et plein de vitamines.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/05\/risotto-de-quinoa-1.jpg?resize=187%2C250\" alt=\"risotto-de-quinoa\" title=\"risotto-de-quinoa\" width=\"187\" height=\"250\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1559\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n3 verres de graines de quinoa<br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\n2 carottes<br \/>\n2 courgettes<br \/>\n1\/2 verre de vin blanc sec<br \/>\n100g de jambon de Parme<br \/>\n25g de beurre<br \/>\n50 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\nsel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Laver et nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes. Emincer l&rsquo;oignon, couper les carottes et les courgettes en petits cubes.<br \/>\n2.Dans une sauteuse faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive 3-4 min.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter les carottes et remuer. Ajouter les courgettes et laisser revenir \u00e0 feu doux 5-6 min jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes commencent \u00e0 s&rsquo;attendrir.<br \/>\n4.Dans une po\u00eale, torr\u00e9fier les graines de quinoa (les faire revenir telles quelles, sans ajout de mati\u00e8re grasse, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles d\u00e9gagent une odeur de noisette).<br \/>\n5.Verser les graines de quinoa dans la sauteuse. Remuer sans cesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les graines soient bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9es aux l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter le vin blanc, remuer puis r\u00e9duire le feu.<br \/>\n6.Lorsque l&rsquo;alcool est \u00e9vapor\u00e9 et le vin absorb\u00e9, verser 3 verres de l&rsquo;eau chaude dans la sauteuse et remuer d\u00e9licatement. Compter alors 15 min de cuisson pendant lesquelles vous remuerez d\u00e9licatement le quinoa r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et ajouterez une verre de l&rsquo;eau chaude d\u00e8s que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente aura \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e (le quinoa, en cuisant, laisse appara\u00eetre un petit germe. La cuisson est \u00e0 point lorsque le germe est visible mais la graine encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquante).<br \/>\n7.Toujours sur un feu doux, ajouter 25g de beurre doux et 50g de parmesan en remuant. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n8.Couper le jambon de parme en fins losanges.
