Une salade riche en vitamines, en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et en acides amin\u00e9s essentiels \u00e0 la vie humaine&#8230; Mais pas en moins d\u00e9licieuse ! <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/05\/salade-de-quinoa-aux-petites-carottes-et-aux-oranges-1.jpg?resize=334%2C500\" alt=\"salade-de-quinoa-aux-petites-carottes-et-aux-oranges\" title=\"salade-de-quinoa-aux-petites-carottes-et-aux-oranges\" width=\"334\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1543\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 oranges<br \/>\n1 tasse de petites carottes<br \/>\n2 tasses de quinoa<br \/>\nfeuilles de laitue<\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<em>Pour la sauce salade<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus d&rsquo;orange frais<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de moutarde \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne<br \/>\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de lime frais<br \/>\n6 brins de menthe fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Laver bien le quinoa \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide. Le faire cuire dans deux fois et demi de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pour environ 20 minutes.<br \/>\n2.Pendant ce temps, nettoyer les carottes et les couper en petits d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n3.Hacher la menthe et pr\u00e9parer la sauce salade en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/>\n4.Lorsque le quinoa est cuit, l&rsquo;\u00e9goutter et le verser dans un saladier. Le laisser refroidir, ensuite le mettre dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour 10 minutes.<br \/>\n5.Pendant ce temps, peler les oranges, en enlevant soigneusement les peaux blanches.
