La framboise et la m\u00fbre sont toutes deux de bonnes sources de mangan\u00e8se, fer, cuivre et vitamine C. Leur forte teneur en antioxydants contribue \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardio-vasculaires, des cancers et fait une arme efficace contre le vieillissement. On pense que les baies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers aliments \u00e0 \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s par nos anc\u00eatres chasseurs-cueilleurs, bien avant les grains et les herbes. Ensuite les \u00e9craser, ajouter le sucre et le jus de citron et bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n2.Monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153uf en neige tr\u00e8s ferme. Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration fruit\u00e9e.<br \/>\n3.Monter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en chantilly. Quand elle commence \u00e0 prendre, ajouter le sucre petit \u00e0 petit sans cesser de fouetter.<br \/>\n4.M\u00e9langer pr\u00e9paration fruit\u00e9e et chantilly.
