On vous propose donc une recette de lasagnes aux l\u00e9gumes du soleil : courgettes, aubergines, tomates, oignon, poivron. C\u2019est une sorte de ratatouille en lasagne finalement. Pas de cr\u00e8me, ni de b\u00e9chamel, juste des l\u00e9gumes et seulement un peu de fromage sur le dessus pour gratiner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>feuilles de lasagnes pr\u00e9cuites au bl\u00e9 entier ou aux \u00e9pinards (une douzaine de feuilles pour un plat de 30 x 20 cm)<\/p>\n<p><em>Les l\u00e9gumes<\/em><br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\n1 poivron rouge<br \/>\n2 courgettes<br \/>\n2 aubergines<br \/>\n4 belles tomates rondes<br \/>\n1 grande boite de tomate pel\u00e9e<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nherbes de Provence<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><em>Le gratin\u00e9e<\/em><br \/>\ngruy\u00e8re<br \/>\nparmesan<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/05\/lasagnes-aux-legumes-du-soleil-1.jpg?resize=500%2C372\" alt=\"lasagnes-aux-legumes-du-soleil\" title=\"lasagnes-aux-legumes-du-soleil\" width=\"500\" height=\"372\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1497\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Laver tous les l\u00e9gumes (tomate, courgette, aubergine, poivron).<br \/>\n2.Couper le poivron en 2, retirer les graines et faire griller la peau sous le grill de votre four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la peau noircisse. La retirer puis couper le poivron en morceaux.<br \/>\n3.Couper les aubergines en d\u00e9s, les saler et r\u00e9server.<br \/>\n4.Couper les courgettes en rondelles, les tomates en d\u00e9s de taille moyenne. Emincer l\u2019oignon.<\/p>\n<p>5.Dans une sauteuse faire revenir avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive l&rsquo;oignon. Ajouter ensuite d&rsquo;abord l\u2019aubergine et puis les courgettes avec le poivron et les tomates. M\u00e9langer et laisser cuire 5 min avant de verser la boite de tomates pel\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9cras\u00e9es.<br \/>\n6.Saupoudrer d\u2019herbes de Provence, saler et poivrer. M\u00e9langer et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux environ 45min. R\u00e9server \u00e0 part environ 50cl de l\u00e9gumes avec du jus que l\u2019on utilisera plus tard.<\/p>\n<p>7.Verser au fond de votre plat un peu de sauce de la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n8.Couvrir de lasagnes, sauce de l\u00e9gumes. Refaire la m\u00eame chose jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trois fois.
