Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et le basilic et mixer le tout. R\u00e9server. 2.Couper le saumon en petits morceaux, puis l&rsquo;incorporer au fromage. Bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n3.Prendre les feuilles de brick, couper des bandes d&rsquo;environ 5cm de large et 10cm de long. Mettre une cuiller\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9paration sur une bande, puis la plier comme un bonbon. Le fermez de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec de la ficelle de cuisine. Continuer ainsi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des bandes.<br \/>\n4.Disposer les bonbons sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, les badigeonner d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile. Laisser cuire de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
