C&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux, en plus c&rsquo;est facile \u00e0 faire ! Mais attention, il faut bien les faire dorer pour avoir le croustillant de la feuille de brick et le fondant de la langoustine. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 langoustines<br \/>\n50 g de feuilles de basilic<br \/>\n1 bouquet de basilic<br \/>\n10 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n12 feuilles de brick<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/04\/langoustines-_basilic_feuilles-de-brick-1.jpg?resize=500%2C332\" alt=\"langoustines-_basilic_feuilles-de-brick\" title=\"langoustines-_basilic_feuilles-de-brick\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1397\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9parer la sauce au basilic : peler la gousse d&rsquo;ail ; mixer les 50 g de feuilles de basilic avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, la gousse d&rsquo;ail, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et du poivre du moulin ; r\u00e9server cette sauce au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\n2.D\u00e9cortiquer les langoustines, inciser le dessus et retirer d\u00e9licatement le boyau disgracieux. Les saler et poivrer sur chaque face.<br \/>\n3.\u00c9queuter 12 grandes feuilles de basilic.<br \/>\n4.D\u00e9couper les feuilles de brick en 2 chacune. Sur chaque 1\/2 cercle, disposer 1 langoustine et 1 feuille de basilic. Rouler le tout en ramenant les bords au centre et en serrant pour maintenir.<br \/>\n5.Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif un peu l&rsquo;huile et y faire dorer les bouch\u00e9es 3 \u00e0 5 min, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es.
