Servir ce panier aux l\u00e9gumes en entr\u00e9e accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un vin blanc sec. Vos amis vont adorer !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 feuilles de brick<br \/>\n2 carottes<br \/>\n1 poireau<br \/>\n200g haricots verts<br \/>\n1 t\u00eate de Brocoli<br \/>\n1 t\u00eate de chou-fleur<br \/>\n1 courgette<br \/>\n1 poivron rouge<br \/>\n20 cl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n50 g beurre<br \/>\nvinaigrette balsamique<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\nromarin<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/04\/panier-de-brick-aux-legumes-cuits-1.jpg?resize=333%2C500\" alt=\"panier-de-brick-aux-legumes-cuits\" title=\"panier-de-brick-aux-legumes-cuits\" width=\"333\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1383\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper le poivron en d\u00e9s. Les faire cuire pendant 20 min dans un peu d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<br \/>\n2.Ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide en fin de cuisson et assaisonner. Mixer le tout et laisser refroidir<br \/>\n3.Couper tous les l\u00e9gumes en b\u00e2tonnets. Les faire cuire dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e avec un brin de romarin.
