On a du mal \u00e0 ne pas se resservir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n1 fromage de ch\u00e8vre (b\u00fbche)<br \/>\n400 g d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards en branches<br \/>\n200 g de saumon fum\u00e9<br \/>\nsel, poivre, noix de muscade<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/04\/tarte-saumon-epinards-et-chevre-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"tarte-saumon-epinards-et-chevre\" title=\"tarte-saumon-epinards-et-chevre\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1359\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Rincer les \u00e9pinards et les \u00e9goutter. \u00d4ter les tiges. Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 2 litres d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e. Y plonger les \u00e9pinards et les faire bouillir pendant trois minutes. Puis le verser dans une passoire et les laisser \u00e9goutter.<br \/>\n2.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n3.Etaler la p\u00e2te dans un moule sans omettre de la piquer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette.<br \/>\n4.Dans un saladier, fouetter les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards, le saumon coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res, sel, poivre et muscade.<br \/>\n5.Verser la pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.<br \/>\n6.Couper des rondelles de 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la b\u00fbche de ch\u00e8vre puis les d\u00e9poser sur la tarte.<br \/>\n7.Mettre au four pendant environ 30 minutes en surveillant la cuisson. <\/p>\n<p>Servir chaud !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du poisson, du fromage et des l\u00e9gumes : un plat complet !
