Connue des Romains, elle est cultiv\u00e9e en France depuis le XVe si\u00e8cle. De d\u00e9but mars \u00e0 la fin juin, on distingue trois vari\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;asperges : blanches, violettes et vertes. Il existe \u00e9galement des asperges sauvages, minces et vertes, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8res mais tr\u00e8s bonnes. <\/p>\n<p>Voici une d\u00e9licieuse recette qui marie \u00e0 la perfection le saumon, le brocoli et les asperges vertes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quiche au saumon, au brocoli et aux asperges <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n200 g de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br \/>\n300 g chair de saumon<br \/>\n300 g d&rsquo;asperges vertes<br \/>\n1 brocoli, en morceaux<br \/>\n200 g fromage de ch\u00e8vre<br \/>\n25 cl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/quiche_asperge-1.jpg?resize=500%2C500\" alt=\"quiche_asperge\" title=\"quiche_asperge\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-131\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\n1.\u00c9plucher les asperges et les faire cuire dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Les \u00e9goutter.<br \/>\n2.Blanchir le brocoli \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante.<br \/>\n3.Garnir de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un moule pr\u00e9alablement graiss\u00e9.<br \/>\n4.Disposer dessus le ch\u00e8vre.<br \/>\n5.R\u00e9partir les morceaux de poisson, de brocoli et les asperges.<br \/>\n6.M\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche avec les \u0153ufs. Bien fouetter.
