Une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 cuisiner et impossible \u00e0 rater :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500g de champignons de Paris<br \/>\n2 pommes de terre<br \/>\n1 carotte<br \/>\n25g de beurre<br \/>\n2 \u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e<br \/>\n1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n2 c\u00e0s de farine<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\nestragon<br \/>\nsel et poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/02\/creme-soupe-champignons-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"creme-soupe-champignons\" title=\"creme-soupe-champignons\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1212\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Eplucher les pommes de terre et les couper en quatre.<br \/>\n2.Nettoyer la carotte et la couper en gros morceaux.<br \/>\n3.Eplucher les \u00e9chalotes et l&rsquo;ail. Les \u00e9mincer.<br \/>\n4.Peler les champignons et les \u00e9mincer.<br \/>\n5.Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 1 litre d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Y faire cuire les pommes de terre et la carotte.<br \/>\n6.Pendant ce temps, dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir les \u00e9chalotes dans le beurre. Lorsqu\u2019elles sont transparentes, ajouter l\u2019ail et les champignons. Saler. Laisser cuire doucement 20 minutes en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre. Poivrer et ajouter une pinc\u00e9e d&rsquo;estragon.<br \/>\n7.Verser les champignons dans la casserole des l\u00e9gumes. Mixer. Rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement.
