Ce que j&rsquo;aime dans cette recette, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle facile et rapide. Le 1er mai, j&rsquo;entends profiter autant que mes invit\u00e9s de ce jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 et je n&rsquo;ai pas la moindre envie de rester scotcher derri\u00e8re mon four \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"center\"><strong><font style=\"font-size: 11pt\" size=\"2\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><font color=\"#000000\">Escalopes de poulet aux \u00e9pices<\/font><\/span><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><u>Temps de pr\u00e9paration<\/u> : 40 minutes<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><font style=\"font-size: 11pt\" size=\"2\"><font color=\"#000000\"><u>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/u> : 5 belles <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">escalopes de poulet<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 5 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;<\/font><font color=\"#006400\">huile<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 6 <\/font><font color=\"#006400\">\u00e9chalotes<\/font><font color=\"#000000\"> ou 1 gros <\/font><font color=\"#006400\">oignon<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 3 gousses d&rsquo;<\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">ail<\/font><font color=\"#000000\"> \u00e9cras\u00e9es, 6 <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">tomates<\/font><font color=\"#000000\"> \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es, 4 c. \u00e0 caf. de <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">poivre<\/font><font color=\"#000000\"> vert, 2 <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">feuilles de laurier<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 25 cl d&rsquo;<\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">eau<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">nuoc mam<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">sel<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, 1 c. \u00e0 caf. de <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">sucre<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">, <\/font><font color=\"#0000e6\">poivre blanc<\/font><font color=\"#000000\"> (facultatif).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" lang=\"fr-FR\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2007\/04\/escalope-1.jpg?w=696\" alt=\"Escalopes de poulet aux \u00e9pices\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Le r\u00e9sultat \ud83d\ude09 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font style=\"font-size: 11pt\" size=\"2\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><font color=\"#000000\">D\u00e9coupez les escalopes de poulet en petits cubes. Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole et faites revenir les \u00e9chalotes et l&rsquo;ail 4 \u00e0 5 min \u00e0 feu mod\u00e9r\u00e9. Ajoutez-y  le poulet et laissez cuire 10 min en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajoutez les tomates, le poivre, le laurier et l&rsquo;eau et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Baissez le feu et laissez mijoter 30 min. Assaisonnez avec le nuoc mam, le sel, le sucre. Poivrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement s&rsquo;il y a lieu. Servez avec du <\/font><font color=\"#006400\">riz<\/font><font color=\"#000000\">.<\/font><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><strong>Mon conseil<\/strong> :  N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter une d\u00e9co \u00ab\u00a0de saison\u00a0\u00bb. Un brin de muguet ornera superbement votre assiette.
