Elle colore \u00e0 merveille les quiches, tartes et autres clafoutis.<br \/>\nVoici une recette de tarte qui m\u00e9lange \u00e0 merveille les go\u00fbts du ch\u00e8vre avec la tomate et fera de ce plat un succ\u00e8s. Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<br \/>\n2. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te dans un moule.<br \/>\n3. Mettre de la moutarde sur le fond de p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n4. Couper les tomates en fines rondelles.<br \/>\n5. Couper le ch\u00e8vre en rondelles.<br \/>\n6. R\u00e9partir harmonieusement les tranches de tomate et les tranches de ch\u00e8vre.<br \/>\n7. Battre les \u0153ufs en omelette.<br \/>\n8. Les verser sur les tomates et le ch\u00e8vre.<br \/>\n9. Saler, poivrer et saupoudrer d&rsquo;herbe de Provence.<br \/>\n9.
