Il ne vous reste que de la tester. Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 g pommes de terre<br \/>\n250 g lentilles<br \/>\n1kg tomates<br \/>\n125 g champignons<br \/>\n2 grandes aubergines<br \/>\n1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n2 gros oignons<br \/>\n1 verre de vin rouge<br \/>\norigan, sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la couverture :<\/strong><br \/>\nYoghourt naturel 250 gr<br \/>\n3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n500 ml de lait<br \/>\n100 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n50 g de pain sec en miettes<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/02\/moussaka-vegetarienne-1.jpg?resize=616%2C414\" alt=\"moussaka-vegetarienne\" title=\"moussaka-vegetarienne\" width=\"616\" height=\"414\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1139\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Trancher les aubergines et les saler pour qu&rsquo;elles d\u00e9gorgent. Attendre 30 min et les les rincer. Les faire dorer dans un fond d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\n2.Dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, faire cuire les pommes de terre et les lentilles (s\u00e9par\u00e9ment). Une fois cuites, couper les pommes de terre en fines tranches ou en petits cubes<br \/>\n3.Faire revenir les oignons et l&rsquo;ail. Ajouter les tomates, le vin rouge et l&rsquo;origan. Lorsque le tout forme une sauce y ajouter les champignons. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n4.Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, mettre dans le fond les pommes de terre et les lentilles. Les couvrir avec la sauce tomate.
