Elle a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 suspect\u00e9e de toxicit\u00e9 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;au XVIII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle pour \u00e9loigner les moustiques ou comme plante ornementale.<br \/>\nAppel\u00e9e autrefois \u00ab\u00a0pomme d&rsquo;amour\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0pomme d&rsquo;or\u00a0\u00bb la tomate a d&rsquo;abord gagn\u00e9 la confiance des M\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens sous forme de sauces et coulis avant de devenir \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 20 l&#8217;embl\u00e8me des cuisines du Sud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fettuccine aux tomates et au chorizo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (pour 4 personnes)<\/p>\n<p>1 paquet de Fettuccine<br \/>\n500g de tomates<br \/>\n1 gros oignon blanc<br \/>\n3 saucisses de chorizo<br \/>\nbasilic, persil<br \/>\n2 gousses d\u2019ail<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\nhuile d\u2019olive<br \/>\nfromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/05\/fettuccine_tomates_chorizo-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"fettuccine_tomates_chorizo\" title=\"fettuccine_tomates_chorizo\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-113\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Enlever la peau des tomates (pour plus de facilit\u00e9, les plonger quelques minutes dans de l\u2019eau bouillante).<br \/>\n2. Les couper en morceaux.<br \/>\n3. \u00c9plucher l&rsquo;oignon et les gousses d\u2019ail. Les \u00e9mincer.<br \/>\n4. Peler le chorizo et le couper en rondelles.<br \/>\n5. Chauffer un peu d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale et faire revenir les tranches de chorizo de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9server.<br \/>\n6. Faire revenir l\u2019oignon et l&rsquo;ail dans l\u2019huile restante.<br \/>\n7. Ajouter les tomates et mijoter \u00e0 couvert pendant environ 10 min en veillant \u00e0 ce que la sauce n\u2019attache pas<br \/>\n8.Ajouter de l&rsquo;eau si la sauce est trop \u00e9paisse. Saler et poivrez.<br \/>\n9. Ajouter le chorizo et laisser \u00e0 mijoter \u00e0 tout petit feu le temps de pr\u00e9parer les Fettuccine.<br \/>\n10. Mettre dans les assiettes des Fettuccine et de la sauce.
