Id\u00e9al apr\u00e8s un repas un peu trop riche \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 oranges<br \/>\n1 bouteille de Juran\u00e7on (Muscat, Coteaux du Layon)<br \/>\n25 cl d\u2019eau<br \/>\n150 g de sucre roux<br \/>\n1 gousse de vanille<br \/>\n2 \u00e9toiles de badiane<br \/>\n3 b\u00e2tons de cannelle<br \/>\n2 gousses de poivre long<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/02\/salade-doranges-1.jpg?resize=400%2C300\" alt=\"salade-doranges\" title=\"salade-doranges\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1116\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Verser le vin, l\u2019eau, le sucre et les \u00e9pices dans une casserole.<br \/>\n2.Couper la gousse de vanille en deux, gratter les graines au dessus de la casserole et ajoutez la gousse.<br \/>\n3.Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baisser le feu et faire fr\u00e9mir 10 minutes.<br \/>\n4.Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n5.Laver les oranges sous l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de. Couper les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, afin que les oranges tiennent \u00e0 plat.<br \/>\n6.Peler chaque orange \u00e0 vif en retirant l\u2019\u00e9corce \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9, en partant du haut vers le bas.<br \/>\n7.Couper chaque orange en quartiers et les mettre dans un grand bol en verre.<br \/>\n8.Verser le jus au Juran\u00e7on refroidi et laissez au frais jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un dessert tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9 et rafra\u00eechissant !
