Nous vous en privez jamais !<\/p>\n<p>Voici une recette facile et d\u00e9licieuse pour confectionner la carotte :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n2 carottes<br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\n5cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>\n1 bonne cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\npersil<br \/>\n1 petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne<br \/>\n2 pinc\u00e9es de cumin<br \/>\nun filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nsel<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/02\/tartelettes-a-la-carotte-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"tartelettes-a-la-carotte\" title=\"tartelettes-a-la-carotte\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1108\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Etaler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans un moule, la piquer avec une fourchette et faire pr\u00e9-cuire 10 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes. R\u00e2per les carottes, \u00e9mincer finement l&rsquo;oignon et les faire revenir dans un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pendant 20 min en couvrant. Saler.<br \/>\n3.Dans un r\u00e9cipient, casser les \u0153ufs. Ajouter le cumin, la moutarde, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le persil et remuer.
