Couper en rondelles les carottes et la pomme de terre. Hacher l\u2019oignon.<br \/>\n2.Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 1 litre d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e.<br \/>\n3.Laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert, sur feu vif les l\u00e9gumes et le romarin environ 15 min.<br \/>\n4.Pendant ce temps, r\u00e2per le zeste de l\u2019orange et la presser.<br \/>\n5.Lorsque les l\u00e9gumes sont tendres, \u00f4ter le romarin et passer la soupe au mixer.<br \/>\n6.Ajouter le jus d\u2019orange et le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br \/>\n7.Faire bouillir le lait, ajouter le m\u00e9lange l\u00e9gumes\/orange et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition pendant 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cette soupe peut \u00e9galement se d\u00e9guster en mise en bouche \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro ou en pr\u00e9ambule.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s les f\u00eates et le marathon des gourmandises, et des exc\u00e8s, nous avons besoin de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9.
