C&rsquo;est un m\u00e9lange de concombres, de tomates, de poivrons, d&rsquo;oignons et de sir\u00e9n\u00e9 r\u00e2p\u00e9, un fromage blanc \u00e0 base de lait de brebis ou de vache, sal\u00e9 et proche de la feta grecque.<br \/>\nLa salade doit son nom aux habitants de la r\u00e9gion de Sofia, les Chopis, mais elle est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e de tous les Bulgares. Rapide et tr\u00e8s fra\u00eeche, vous l&rsquo;aimerez aussi sans aucun doute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chopska salata (chopska salade)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/strong>(pour 4 personnes)<\/p>\n<p>2 poivrons verts<br \/>\n4 tomates<br \/>\n2 concombres<br \/>\n2 oignons de printemps<br \/>\nfeta bulgare ou grecque<br \/>\nvinaigre de cidre et huile d&rsquo;arachide<br \/>\nsel, poivre, persil<br \/>\n4 olives<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/05\/shopska_salad-450x338.jpg?resize=450%2C338\" alt=\"shopska_salad\" title=\"shopska_salad\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-102\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Faire griller les poivrons au four ou au barbecue pour faire noircir la peau et la peler.<br \/>\n2. Couper les l\u00e9gumes en gros cubes et couper les oignons en petits morceaux.<br \/>\n3. M\u00e9langer dans un saladier et assaisonner.<br \/>\n4.
