Le poulet, comme toutes les volailles, est pauvre en graisses (\u00e0 condition de ne pas consommer la peau) et riche en prot\u00e9ines de bonne qualit\u00e9. De plus, dans la recette, on y ajoute du citron riche quant \u00e0 lui en vitamines C. Le citron est \u00e9galement un bon moyen de relever une sauce sans ajouter de graisses ! Enfin, les champignons ne sont pas caloriques et ils fournissent des vitamines (B,D et K) et des min\u00e9raux. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 cuisses de poulet<br \/>\n1 gros oignon<br \/>\n1 citrons frais<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019herbes de Provence<br \/>\nhuile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n500 g de champignons de Paris<br \/>\nsel et poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/01\/poulet-au-citron-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"poulet-au-citron\" title=\"poulet-au-citron\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1007\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00d4ter la peau du poulet.<br \/>\n2.Nettoyer et couper les champignons (grossi\u00e8rement) et l&rsquo;oignon (finement).<br \/>\n3.Dans un faitout, faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon et les champignons.<br \/>\n4.Couper le citron en deux. Rincer le jeu d&rsquo;une des moiti\u00e9s.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter les cuisses de poulets. Saler, poivrer et parsemer d\u2019herbes de Provence.<br \/>\n6.Laisser les cuisses se colorer.
